ON-PAGE SEO
Inputlearn.net - Previously we have studied the basic concepts of SEO; now, we must know what ON-PAGE SEO is. On-page SEO is a factor that determines whether a website is optimized for search engines or not and is seen from the website itself.
ON-PAGE optimization aims to let search engines know whether your website is relevant in content quality and can be accepted by your visitors. For example, if your content is messy, people will be confused by the contents of your article. Google did not expect anything like that.
And the key to optimizing it is Relevance, and the quality of the article/content is good for the readers.
Factors that make Optimal website pages
Several factors affect our optimal website, namely:
1. Quality content
Content is the main thing in an optimal website. If there is no content, what do our visitors want to read later?
High-quality content does not rule out getting the first rank in search engines.
Its characteristics are as follows:
- Provide more benefits for visitors
- Content that is more muscular and stands out from other similar content
- Creating the reader's feeling like feeling entertained, happy, and valuable for sure
- Explain the problems of visitors, their primary purpose of coming
Traits of content that Google doesn't like:
- Copypaste content from other people's articles
- Low-quality content is weightless
- It is not original; the content is too many repeated or monotonous words, so it is unclear.
So be careful in publishing content for your website.
2. Keywords that have a large volume of searches
The keyword is the keyword/title of an article that is published. For example, if you type a keyword on a Google search page with the word "Learn SEO," Google will recommend many things you can read. As in the keyword above, there will be lots of choices, for example:
"How to Learn SEO"
"Basic SEO Concepts for Website Optimization"
"Learn SEO for Blogs"
And so forth.
That is what is called a keyword or search title in an article.
There are many ways to reset this keyword; you can make it manually through Google's recommendations or use the tools provided by Google, namely 'Google Trend' or other devices such as 'Ubersugest and Ahrefs.'
3. Optimizing Website Loading Speed
Google likes pages or blogs whose load speeds are pretty fast. Because of visitors who come, they will be lazy if they want to read an article, but the loading page takes so long. They will run away and look for the one whose loading page is more relevant and faster.
How to optimize website loading speed is by choosing a blog theme/template. I suggest using Massugeng's Viomagz template like the one I'm using.
The second way is to minimize HTML tags in the template by checking it through Pagespeed and GTmatrix, some things make our website slow, and you can delete or change it through the template settings.
Conclusion
That was a brief explanation of ON-PAGE SEO. It is essential to apply it to a website. Also, read the article on OFF-PAGE SEO here. Greetings Blogging.
